My granfather god rest his soul, recently passed away on June 9, 2009. He was 86 years old and a Veteran in World War 2. God I loved him so much but hes in a better place now. My grandmother doesnt know what she's going to do without him and will probably have to come and live with us for now, meaning with have to sell their old condo. Sigh....its just been a really bad way to start off the summer, especially when someone close to you passes away.

Whats weird is that the doctors didnt even know what was wrong with him. They say he had a TIA, meaning a small heart attack and a case of Dyliria. Dyliria is when your mind starts to go, almost like demensia. He ended up just staying in a stage three sleep, meaning he wouldnt be able to wake up, like acoma. We put him threw an MRI to find out what was wrong, and he died 10 or 15 minutes after the MRI was taken. They said they wouldnt be able to do anything for him anyway because of how old he was, but he was in good shape for an 86 year old man.

God he just did so much for my family and me especially. Took me and my friend to school, my friend only if she needed a ride. He was always there for anyone who needed him, like neighbors or family. Took care of my grandmother and I guess just wore himself out, like a battery. He's in a better place now and thats all I can really say. I just miss him so much and cant find the strength to type right now.

Make sure that everytime you see your parents or anyone in your family. Tell them that you love them, cause you never know when something like this could happen to them. He was only in their for 7 days. From Tuesday, June 2, to Tuesday, June 9. Were going to have a Veterans funeral for him, seeing as he was in the war and such with the flags and everything. He deserves the best that we can give him and more.
